  They claim because they're an express location, they don't have the products to make the items on their menu. For example they don't have the pepper jack cheese for the spice deluxe.
  
  They also charge extra for to substitute items. Even though the Spicy Deluxe is supposed to come with cheese, because they don't carry pepper jack, they charge extra ($0.40 per sandwich) to put American cheese on it.
  
  I would give a better review if they were not charging extra to substitute cheese, and were not doing false advertising, by showing items on the menu that they can not serve due to the owner's business decisions.

  They have the best Chicken sandwich, I have been to this place like so many times and the taste never changed from what I had the for the first time. I had it even today loll. Without any question you can go and enjoy there delicious sandwiches and nuggets.
